Here's something Da' Buffalo wrote as an adjunct to the 4/20 edition of Cabale News last year
[April 20 2009] Travus T. Hipp Morning News & Commentary: '420'... What Does That Mean?

In The News: It's 420, April 20th, memorialized nationwide, perhap globally, for a number of reasons (Columbine, the Waco siege on David Koresh's Branch Davidians compound, the Oklahoma City bombing (on the 19th), and Adolph Hitler's birthday) that have no direct connection to Marijuana, although this myth at the Huffington Post says it started with the Grateful Dead.

Da Buffalo needs to say a word or so here: Philosophically... If the industrialized members of the human race had been more involved consuming the noble herb and less involved with alcohol and nasty pharma-complex pills/potions that suppress free thought and free will over the last so many hundred years, no one would have thought David Koresh's Branch Davidians weird for their beliefs, or worth harassing to the point of their own self-assisted destruction.

Nor would there have likely been disfranchised, disillusioned and abandoned soldiers from our dirty wars (wars that would have been soooo much less likely to have been fought in the first place) to have acted in a reactionary manner to that occurrence (The Oklahoma City bombing of the Murrah Federal Building).

No more stressed out, dunned and harassed 'outcast' students at a 'human mind mill' called 'Columbine high school' (or Virginia Tech for that matter), a 'school', like most public schools, thoroughly abusive in culture and intended to act as an institutional babysitter, making it possible for both parents, those children's pilot guiding lights, to work themselves into psycho-emotional numbness, ruining them as parents to their own children, and allowing the school authorities to attempt shaping those 'lost children' into docile subservient workers with only the knowledge necessary to accomplish the task of making money and being good consumers, even as the consumer based society they were programmed to believe in was spiritually unfulfilling (nor intended to be otherwise) and indeed, even then, collapsing.

Think on it....

Don't "Hope for Change... BE the change... away from that fubar 'way of life'(death).

Smoke it, and with friends, your family, and your community (local AND extended), think your way out of the cultural 'box' we've created for ourselves and willingly climbed into.
