The "Birther" lawyer who advised soldiers to refuse deployment orders to Afghanistan because Obama 'was not born in the US' and could not give legitimate orders has lost her emergency appeal to the Supreme Court after a Federal judge in Georgia sanctioned her for "what he said was an abuse to the privilege of practicing law."
