Following Congressman Charles Rangel's lead, Maxine Waters is going to defend on herself from ethics charges over bank hearings where some say she should have recused herself and her staff.
California's Proposition 8 has been overturned but the judge says that ruling doesn't go into effect until next Wednesday evening giving the 9th Circuit Court time to look the decision over and hear any potential arguments on a 'stay' of that ruling.
